You have more personal spaces than every other region. You have more clothes and ornaments than just about every other region put together. Not to mention the Monty Python stuff, which is a BRITISH creation (but oddly doesn't seem to be in the EUROPEAN Home) And the majority of items in your shops (including personal spaces) are exclusive to the North American Home. A lot of the items and clothing found in other regions of Home can be found in other regions. e.g. most of Asia's Home is a portmanteu of Europe and Japan.
