HomeWhite Knight Chronicles is adding PlayStation Home rewards in the latest 2.01 version of the game. The Japanese version has already been patched and there are at least these two items available in-game.
Rewards on offer appear to be a rather spectacular statue and costume. White Knight Chronicles is set to be released in SCEA territories early next year.

The game appears to be coming out in the EU too early next year. Assuming it gets the same patch as the Japanese version, the Home items should be available too.
